Continental US stations CQing in the DX window completely covered most Pacific
Islands. Clever Europeans avoided the 1830-1835 segment and found a clear
frequency. Just because something is LEGAL doesn't preclude it from being
DISTASTFUL.  ARRL is in a position to enforce good taste in the contest, I hope
they show some leadership!
