Comments:

Unlike this morning, Q's from the car came vy easily in the MINI this afternoon,
despite driving very slowly in the snow that was covered in 3/8" of radial
ice.
Freezing rain had everything coated in a thin sheet of transparent glassy cold
sheeting. However, the radio and antenna liked it and very few (if any)
dropped dits!

KC4D made me laugh with his 'Go Mini Mike" comments. HI !

WOOF from Lar, K7SV (RIP W0UCE, Jack)

Worked 25 in 25 minutes (all on 20m), all mobile in motion, paddling through
the gears, scribbling callsigns down on my notebook as I stared out what
doubled as a windshield. Wipers froze near solid w/i minutes.

Called 3 separate W6's (all about s9 give or take) and only got a couple
question marks from one. A W6 transplant W6AEA/7 was worked EASILY on the
first call however. (ditto N7WY) I see this from the house stn too. I can
only surmise that at some distance, transcontinental signals drop off so
rapidly and the urban jungle of W6 QRM/N makes me unreadable there. Very weird
(and slightly frustrating to have N5ZO at 5NN+5/10db w/o so much as a QRZ) hi hi
....sorry Marko....it's just that you are so friggin' loud here, hi ! ;-D

OK1DIG, 9A7R, F6HKA (best ears in France) are worked EASILY.....I bet you I
could work Bert QRP mobile. That guy must have ZERO noise floor.

W2OR was cooking along. Don't recognize the call, but he's got skills.
N8BJQ and K1GU about a bazillion over 9 in the car. Tnx dudes.
OK, enough rambling from me.

Thanks for all the MINI QSO's today.
