Comments:

K3, P3, SteppIr, 80/40 trapped dipole, 1/4w 160 vert.

Lots of noise and higher freqs seemed to close early.  160 wasn't very
productive, but lots of stations wanted to QSY there.

All was S&P effort.  Glad to work a number of local PVRC.
