Comments:

Conditions were poor here, with moderate to severe QSB and a newly cropped up
problem with electrical line noise. I think that the recent wet, windy Wx has
loosened up some of the PG&E power system here in Riverbank. I'm going to
get in touch with the local PG&E Communications Tech, who is a ham, and see
if he can help with alleviating some of the problem, since it looks like it's
going to be a long, wet winter. Bert, K6CSL
