Comments:

Lots of stations were giving a serial number instead of ITU zone.  Sometimes
this wasn't obvious.  I wonder what the scorers do with that situation?

40 meter noise level at my QTH on Saturday night was 10 over 9.  Pretty tough
to copy stations!
