Comments:

This was my 7th CQ WWVHF and it produced my lowest score by far.  We got very
little propagation in the southwest and regional participation seemed down.  I
was reminded how difficult it can be to use the digital modes when there are
restrictions on real-time scheduling.  If any contest can benefit from the
ARRL�'s generous new assistance rules, it�'s this one.
