Another good weekend had at EI7FJ's station in Co. Wexford.

On Friday evening we had a delicious slow cooked beef casserole and Janet had
been baking so there were fresh Bakewell puddings and fresh apple tart.

Saturday dinner was turkey and ham with the usual trimmings. A choice of
Bakewells was offered: blackcurrant or raspberry and of course the ever
delicious Avoca Rocky Road and a selection of apple tarts.

Sunday's dinner was ham and turkey still with proper gravy and the pastry
kitchen had been busy again too!

Whatever about our operating we were well fed with EI7FJ, Janet, EI6GF and
EI8IQ all attending at the table and contributing to the work but just not
operating. EI9HQ brought another 8' x 4' sheet of apple tart and we were
tempted to send a picture to our friends at EI7M but that might have distracted
them from their serious business of contesting so we refrained. (Well done to
EI7M, BTW)
