Comments:

I had a great time activating ADA, BAN, BIN, BLA, BNV, BOI, BUT, CAM, CAN, CAS,
CLA, ELM, FRE, GEM, GOO, JEF, JER, LEM, LIN, MAD, MIN, OWY, PAY, POW, TET, TWI,
and WAS.   Conditions seemed down a bit from last year, but not too bad.
