Comments:

>From my viewpoint, it seemed band conditions were tough this weekend. I didn't
hear a lot of EU or Asia during the contest. I did hear plenty of natural and
man-made noise. On the bright side, I did work a couple of new DXCC band
slots--one being FW5JJ.

While my time was again limited, this year's score is down from recent years
... way way down. I am hoping this noise and poor band condition trend is not
going to continue.
