K3/100 Vertical, Steppir 3L at 55ft CQ/X 1.8.0.13

Typical 1900z fast start on 20m and then struggling to keep rate up after about
25 minutes. Then real struggle after going to 40m. 20m was kind of noisy at
start but signals were mostly easy copy.
