Comments:

Another noticeable decline in the conditions. Compare with the same band last
year which was 864Q/34Z/111DXCC using the same station so a major reduction.

Band opened and closed at similar times both days, open to some extent from
around 06:00 to 18:30. Suffered a power cut at peak far east time on Saturday,
local area was down for just over an hour which was frustrating. Hardly any NA
on Saturday but better on Sunday. Lots of getaway DXCCs and one more zone heard
but not worked.

Usual station: IC756 ProIII, Expert 1K-FA, fixed wire inverted V at 20 feet and
the laid back operator!

Thanks for all the QSOs and hope to see everyone in ARRL 28 next month if the
band opens that is!
