Comments:

All QSO's S&P + packet ( except 3 Q's )..
Had to cancel a guest op due to extreme power line QRN which covers all bands.
S9+20db, and has been on for a month. Had to use beverages to have any chance
of hearing stations. Power company has identified 2 poles, but don't know when
they will be able to do any repairs. Suspect defective lightning arrestors.
