Comments:

40M very poor after my sundown each night - everybody around the world sounded
like they were in a bucket - but was quite good to EU each afternoon. 80M also
very poor except for a few hours before EU sunrise the first night. 15M better
than I had expected. Highlight was working Fred at HS0ZAR Sunday morning on
40M!!! The long path JA's who called me on 40M late Sunday afternoon had huge
signals. Also great to find HB9AMO going commando from Mayotte.

QSO count down 33% from last year and score down 50% from last year. I had
expected to make up for lack of high bands by boosting effort on 40 and 80 but
no, they were worse than last year too. Only band with an improvement in QSO
numbers was 20M.
