Comments:
All S&P effort. Crappy conditions on Friday start. Only 2 Qs after first
20 min on 20 meters. Started as LP, but turned on the amp to remain sane.
Almost watched a movie instead, but then I tried 40M! Noisy, but lots of
signals. Got to experience the polar grayline on 40M around 7AM local on
Sunday morning as Finland, Aland Is, and Russian Zone 18 came in with few
callers and in th elog with one call! Never made it to EU sunrise either
night...getting too old.
Over all...lots of fun!
The temporary Beverages and BOGs were put to the test and performed nicely.
Some nice DX from Africa and Antarctica. Thanks to all the DXpeditioners and
best wishes for your safe return.
