Comments:

Conditions on 15m obviously were far worse than last year, but it was still fun.
 I worked TA6AX at 1936z, which is either a pirate or a remote in the USA.  I
doubt if the contest committee will count this as valid, since propagation at
that time to TA was impossible.  Most likely others have this station in their
