Club: Arizona Outlaws Contest Club

Comments:

I met my goal of 300 QSOs, 50 mults and to beat my last year score. Once again I
discovered that it is really hard to work California from Arizona on 20 and 15
meters. The 43 foot vertical still surprises me as to how well it works. I
tried calling CQ CA on 40 meters a few times but was answered by a deluge of JA
stations. So the entire contest was Search and Pounce. Can't wait until next
year when I will have my yagi up in the air. Overall.....The California QSO
party is the best of them all!
