Favorite QSO party! It's quite a challenge finding new mults by yourself...K6AQL
was the only mobile/portable station I recall working. Missed ALPI, BUTT, and
MEND. Perhaps if I had operated before 18:30 GMT Sunday, I might have worked
the missing ones! 40 SSB on Saturday night was really good here. I don't
normally enjoy the "fone fracas" as much as CW, but it was most
enjoyable this weekend.
W6YX was everywhere!!! And I'm delighted somebody "moved" me to 10
meters late Saturday afternoon...it was wide open to California for quite a
while.
