Missed RI DE AK

136  Qrate on hour 2200 20m Saturday was best in contest - can't remember when
I had that rate for full hour here. 

SteppIR 'functioned' but one time I tried to QSY to 10m, I lost 20 min getting
to work correctly so after it decided to conform...never tried to leave 20m.
(Post contest: it is NOT working correctly again - Driven Element not loading
properly - 4:1 SWR)

Got my bottle for 2015 on Monday after this year's event. Thanks NCCC for fun
