Comments:

Excellent contest in the midst of terrible condx.  The German ops put on a good
show with lots of activity and outstanding ops.  Unfortunately, solar
conditions were poor, and the WX in FL was off and on rainy.  Had several
episodes of heavy rain static, and generally high QRN on all bands. 

In addition to the expected DOK exchanges, experienced some strange ones,
including 0POLIO, 16RRV, 500BR, 50F32, and 50MUC. One station sent JR as his
exchange, and my logging program (WinTest) counted that as the "J"
DOK. Surely that will not pass the log checking as a mult. Missed "J"
on 20m & 15m.  Missed "Q" on 15m.   Missed a bunch of DOK's on
80m!  Noting heard on 10m at all.
