Comments:

Disappointing activity on CW...a Sprint needs more participation to be fun. 
Worked 21 unique calls (14-SA, 2-Eu, 5-NA).  Good sigs to SA on 20m.  All but
two QSOs worked in first two hours.  Many unanswered CQs.  Then quit to do
other things so missed last hour.

Expanding the mults (new rule)to include DXCC did not help with activity it
seems.  As Mixed Mode event, suggest activity on each mode be encouraged at
specific times to maximize activity (ie. CW on the hour, SSB on the half hour).
 One PP* station (unfamiliar with event rules) remained on same freq after
working multiple stations and calling "CQ SA Test"!
