Comments:

Conditions were very poor. 15M was best. 40 & 20 were poor. No EU, AF.  Path
basically South with some Pacific & few JA's.  Only outlier was a D4 from
Cape Verde on 15.  Hope this is not the new normal  but afraid it may be for
the next several years.  Few sunspots, low SFI and high A index.  Hope CQWW CW
is much better.
