Comments:

No northern Europeans during the morning openings both Saturday and Sunday, but
brief opening to Scandinavia late each afternoon.  Effectively no JA opening
Saturday.  Brief JA opening late Sunday afternoon.

Numerous bad spots were posted to the packet cluster with several by the same
operators.  These bad spots produced many duplicate contacts, most likely with
bad calls logged.  

Low power generally does not support runs.  Most of my QSOs resulted from
S&P.
