My fist attempt at QRP contesting.  It's rough and tough, requires patience and
a new paradigm for what equates to success.  Using a low 40M dipole, I was
averaging just over 1 QSO/hr.  In any other contest effort, this would be
laughable, but this appears to be the norm for QRP contesting.
