Comments:

Conditions way down from last year, with openings to EU and AS quite limited.
Did not hear any JA's or other deep AS on 10 or 15. Pleasantly surprised,
however, at the good turnout of SA, especially on 10m, and very surprised to be
called by VP6AH (Pitcarin Is.) on 10m. That was a treat! Also, many Cuban
stations were QRV, including T48K.
