Comments:

Seems like nearly everyone has noted the poor HF conditions that have persisted
for several weeks and right through the first big contest weekend.  Activity
seemed to lag as well, at least on 15 meters. :-(  Was surprised to see some
extraordinary scores from other parts of the world (especially where DX
stations could run endless NA QSOs), but maybe not record-breaking. 

Hope propagation will be back to normal next month, at least for this part of
the solar cycle.
