Comments:

Very slow contest, but good mobile efforts from W0ETT and W0ZA made it
interesting.  N1MM is still not on the same page as PPRAA for score
calculation, the former being greatly inflated.  Fifteen straight hours is too
long for a minor contest on the Labor Day weekend. More COQP promotion is
needed if the contest is to grow.
