Comments:

15M open to Europe Saturday. Dead on Sunday (A = 17). Heard two XE stations late
Sunday.

20M opened to Europe both days, but Sunday was very poor. Domestic Qs were
difficult, but JA was stronger even off the back of the beam. Steppir
bi-directional mode worked great for these conditions. Loved being called by
WH0RU near the end for the double mult.

40M was good Friday evening, with a few European mults. Saturday was much
weaker.

80M was disappointing for state mults -- 10 fewer mults than last year's
unstellar outing. One JA worked, and it was difficult.

Surprised at what staying in the chair will do. I was on track for a best-ever
weekend until Sunday morning. Then the mult opportunities disappeared. I just
kept pushing and ended up with my second-best CQWW RTTY score, slightly better
than 2014. Only the third time over 1,000 Qs but the sections and countries
couldn't support an all-time best run.

Gear all worked perfectly. The rebuilt SB221 was flawless no matter what I did
to it (even ran it on 20M into the 40M quad for a few seconds Saturday evening
with no ill effects).

Had my fun for a weekend -- even got the lawns mowed on Saturday morning, and a
few other chores completed. Long sleep ahead.
