Comments:

Ran portable from a 2000' hill on Vancouver Island in CN88dt. Due to QRL and
early darkness I could not go rover this time.
Great activity from PNWVHFS members, worked stations in BC, ID, OR and WA.
The highlight once again was WW7D/R from four grids, and it was also nice to
have VE7AFZ portable from above Vancouver.
As usual KB7ME frustrated the calling frequency crowd's knavish tricks and
hollered on 222.110 for an easy QRM-free contact.
Took a while to break through to get W7MEM's attention but eventually CW
prevailed.
The CN87 crew delivered as usual and there was quite a bit of activity on FM as
well.
