Comments:

I salute USKA modernization of HELVETIA Contest. Although, I don’t understand
why digital mode has no separate category and I don’t know what is behind
this ambiguous definition of digital modes: RTTY, PSK31, PSK63, etc. All of
them??!! One mode (RTTY) should have been enough for digital contesters. Thank
