Comments:

Conditions were awful.  Activity seemed low.  I had equipment problems
especially on 432 MHz.  I am glad to have a little more power on 3456 MHz -
(went from 2 watts to 30).  
I like the old rules better.  I think that the distance scoring format is too
complicated to attract newcomers and casual operators. I certainly wish there
still Low and High power categories.
