Comments:

I listened for a few moments on 15 at about 12:20 but heard no stations. 20
meters was quite variable -- stations were strong, then got weak, then later,
strong. As is usually the case, many stations I called didn't answer. The two
stations I worked had very strong signals. I called CQ for a few minutes but
got no takers. Either my dipole couldn't be heard or my slow sending speed was
not very enticing. It was enjoyable nonetheless. There are worse ways to spend
40 minutes.
