Comments:

Extremely difficult conditions tonight. Huge difference from 1900. With the K
index at 0 I expected the bands to be much better.

Almost nothing heard on 40M. Many stations I always work on the first call
could not hear me. Loud stations were 400+ miles away. Stations <400 miles
were in the noise or very fluttery.
