Comments:

It was obvious that we're near the cycle bottom.  15m produced a lot of idle
hours, since the participation was down in Asia.  A couple of vague power
entries generated discussion; V43Z (TTT) and PV8ADI (RR).  I assumed V43Z meant
KW, but RR??  My score was only 1/3 of what it was last year on 15m.  73, Jim
