Comments:

A last minute change in plans and bad weather cancelled my plans for a WX3B
operation.  My next thought was tossing up my G5RV from my townhome location,
and that idea died when the freezing rain started.  Finally I thought up a
clever idea, why not get on Remote ham radio.com and SURPRISE a few people with
my PR section...and it was fun!!

NR4M gets the big signal award down in PR.
