Tod in MN, 100 W, OCF dipole 10-20' above flat metal roof of EOC.

This was the first use of the EOC antenna on 40 meters, and it seemed to
perform okay, though we didn't seem to be very loud.  Just a few contacts
through the afternoon, but KE0IFT made his first HF contact!

Today's contest was dedicated to Tod Olson, K0TO (SK).
