Comments:

Propagation poor most of the contest, but bands seemed to come to life late in
the afternoon for a few hours.  Very few Caribbean and South Americans on any
band, but perhaps that is usual for the IARU contest. 

900W on all bands with:
10M: 6-ele
15M: 4-ele
20M: dipole
40M: dipole

Nice to be able to sustain short runs on 40M and 15M. Thanks to all who
replied. No remarkable QSOs. Worked only JA and 5B in Asia, CN in Africa, KH6,
VK, and ZL (all on 40M) in the Pacific.
