Comments:

We have had high hopes for this years contest, but at 17 UTC Saturday a violent
storm arrived to our area, and very soon we lost two phases in our outlandish
location. We were limited to one phase and low power until about 24 UTC, and of
course it had serious consequences concerning our score...
