Comments:

N3RS was the one to be heard from 1918Z to about 1950Z, often the only signal on
14 MHz. Geomagnetics is at low level, but for some reason attenuation is high,
and also there has been lacking Es on the 50/70 MHz bands for the last few
weeks. Es often is providing a dozen of short skip contacts in CWT. Solar
X-rays are up, but most likely not enough to open 21 MHz in the Summer-setting.
Lacking a 21 MHz antenna here to check out... Cheers/73, Zaba OH1ZAA
