Where where all the GMs???

It is good that everyone can work everyone, because no more that 15 different
GM calls in my 503 contacts, despite really looking for you guys.

Anyway, popularity will most likely grow, but for a contest like this,
basically ALL active contesters, and many new GMs should be encouraged to work.
Hope more internal PR next year.

Despite the lack of GM, the overall activity was decent. Some nice sporadic E
openings on 10 and 15, but the last 3-4 hours basically only on 20 meters.

I will give it a second try in 2018.
