Comments:

Thanks for the Q's.  Conditions were terrible on 40M. 20M was nothing like 1300Z
either. Oh,  well. Hope I didn't make anyone call in vain. The normally loud
stations were mediocre, and the normally good signals were way down in the
noise on 40M.  F6HKA was about 569 and he was the only European I heard on 20M.
