Comments:

Really tough band conditions caused a lower score than last year. Saw a lot of
activity on 40 that I just could not hear. It sounded like many VA operators
were having issues, too. At least 6 folks thanked me for helping with a new
multiplier ans IL is certainly not rare. Thanks to the mobiles for their hard
work and always  pulling me out of the noise.
