Saturday night brutal, especially after discovering the day before SS that our
80m vertical had become semi-horizontal after a guy had come undone in strong
winds. 40m was the money band with 20m on Sunday morning wide open. Managed a
run on 20m lasting two hours on Sunday morning from around 0600 local time. Our
first SS contest, David VA7VK and I had a great time. Super courteous and
patient operators everywhere, a credit to contesting. Thanks for making it such
