Comments:

I hadn't managed to work any contests recently for practice, so I wasn't very
sharp or fast.  Nor did I prepare my log and station before jumping in.  It
didn't stop me from having a good time, and it was kind of funny to discover
Sunday afternoon that my power wasn't even near my full 100W.  I guess that my
last time on the air I was working RTTY.  So, for a guy with wire antennas, a
self-inflicted power handicap, and no Boy Scout badge for preparedness, I did a
fine job!
