Ouch!  SSN=0, Kp=5.  I think the worst conditions I've experienced in a CWT so
far.  20 was especially dismal.  Even on 40, lots of signals barely in ESP
territory.  Things can only get better at 03Z, right?

Please try not to call exactly zero beat with others!
