Comments:

Worked a station who was new to CW going around 10wpm who gave me his name but
no state.  I asked him 'State' and he replied 'I am new'... fair enough!  He's
not included in this score but is in my log for a match on LOTW.

I'm not normally free on CWT days, but this afternoon & evening are a lot
of fun and about the right length.  Hope to apply for a number soon.
