Comments:

Operated only Saturday evening, on and off, S&P. Condx poor. Did manage to
work 7 western EUs. None were louder than 449, most weaker. 
Got up 1 hour before SR and heard only a few of the usual JA's and one UA0.
Went back to bed after 15 minutes.
Did QSY to 80m to work ZA1WW for a new band QSO.
