Comments:

The CME was still there, but stronger signals compared to the morning session. 
Some good east coast stations on 20 at the start.  At 1913Z only 30 QSOs. 
Activity seemed down.  There never was a big rush at the start. Went to 40 at
1939Z.  Good signals, but not too much activity.  Still a good contest!
