Very nice contest with very weird propagation. We enjoyed it very much.
LZ5EE was our RTTY champion this weekend as he worked LP from the third
workplace and scored almost all square to the second workplace. Good ears Tony
:)
Typical us, we stood up the upper bands antenna (we brought it down for repair
works a week ago) right before the contest. The great team spirit helped us
fight with the strong wind and the great wine spirit gave us courage. This time
we decided to rotate on 2 hour shifts, which reduced the fatigue, but disturbed
our typical concentration. We quickly replaced the concentration by friendly
talks on a philosophical topics around the fireplace (yes it was cold this
weekend).
