Comments:

During last week's SV9/OH1ZAA tour all snow here up North had melted, 
so maybe we get soon to repairing the 3-el 14 MHz. It also needs some 
more elevation, now being very close over a vast metal roof... A minor 
B3-flare ignited a few minutes before the 1300Z session. This helped 
USA open up on 14 MHz... Most signals were 50/60 (a Finnish alias 
for fifty/fifty) in QSB, so half of the time covered by local QRN.
