Mults missed: AK AR DC HI IA ME MS ND NE RI UT VT WA, VE4-0.

For the second year in a row, 20 Meters was lousy for me. My multiplier was down
two from 2017. The only rescue was marvelous evening 40 Meters short skip. I was
able to work a lot of the close-in mobile guys (if only counties counted as
multipliers for in-state stations ... sigh).
